The on-board storage capacity has been given a bump up to 64GB, which is plentiful no matter how you look at it. But the list of newly added goodies doesnt end here. On the software side of things, the HTC One X+ comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean pre-installed, which is currently the platforms newest version. Layered on top of it is the makers custom Sense 4+ interface, with features like Self Portrait mode that enhances front-facing cam shots, grouping photos in the Gallery based on the location they were taken at, and the ability to launch the camera app with a press of the power button.

The use of resisted sled exercises, on the other hand, is a relatively new phenomenon of which we dont even know yet how it compares to the classics.

As you can see in Figure 1 there were nonsignificant trends for the rectus femoris ( p = 0.092: 8.6– 16.7%) and biceps femoris ( p = 0.09: 10.5–32.8%) to demonstrate higher activity with the sled and squat exercises, respectively. A result based on which you could conclude that
- squatting is better for the quads, while
- sled pushing is th better hamstring exercise

As Maddigan et al. say, the decision which of the exercises is "best" for you will depend "on the movement-training specificity of the sport" you compete in. "[E]ither exercise may be used in a training program while acknowledging the differences in gastrocnemius and erector spinae activity." (Maddigan. 2014)
One question remains, though. Will the long-term adaptations reflect the different EMG-activation in the study at hand? To a certain extend this will probably be the case, whether and to which extent you would make better progress with one over the other exercise and if it makes sense to do both (maybe in an A-B workout style) will still have to be elucidated | Comment on Facebook!

2. Design and Body
HTC One S has dimensions of 65 x 130.9 x 7.8 mm, and use screen 4.3 inches makes this mobile phone size is not too big and not too small. Bobotnya light also only 120 grams. The use of ceramic body with aluminum processing technique of Micro Arc Oxidation and thus have a stronger endurance.

HTC One S has a Super AMOLED screen measuring 4.3 inches with a resolution of 960 x 640 pixels. Motorola Droid screen equivalent of the RAZR, but unfortunately we cant compare directly. HTC One S has been using the Android operating system 4.0 has been equipped with ICS HTC Sense UI version 2.5. HTC Sense is very popular and a favorite of many people because it looks interesting and easy to use. Interfaces that are displayed on the screen of 4.3-inch qHD resolution look bright and contrasting.

While the Skins to choose from namely HTC, aluminum, Serene, and Matte.
Notification page is on top position is the same as other Android smartphone, this notification page can be opened by doing finger strokes down from the top of the screen. In addition there are also information notification contains the name of the operator and the shortcuts to settings put in the top right corner, so users can quickly go menu settings directly from the notifications page.
Go to drawer application, displayed with 4 columns x 5 lines and divided into several pages according to a large number of applications in mobile phones. HTC Sense on the drawer provides convenience which provides several shortcuts at the top, for example there is a shortcut to the application search features, shortcuts to Play Store and there is also a menu in the top right corner. Video Camera
HTCs camera One video recording support with a wide selection of maximum resolution, Full HD 1080p. The result is pretty good video recording and the quality is noticeably similar to the HTC One x. differentiates is when previewing video on HTC One S looks more contrast and bright thanks to the use of Super AMOLED screen. Slow motion feature that exists on One X also implanted into One S, slow motion video recording will drastically reduce the video quality. A bit short is when doing a video recording the backside of the phone was hot, so a bit of interrupting.
Photo Gallery on One S has the same look with One X that equally uses HTC Sense UI 4.0. In the gallery there is a shortcut directly to the camera application on the top right corner of the gallery. Photos and videos displayed simultaneously but in the gallery are separated according to the category. On the drop down menu in the upper left corner you can arrange photos in the Gallery, for example, displayed photos to Facebook, Flickr, Picasa, Dropbox, etc. Whereas in the top right corner there is a menu of 3 point, which can do some settings such as display or hide photo album. In the Photo Gallery feature already embedded standard Android phones as well, like pinch zoom, slideshow, photo editing, sharing, and there are also settings for wallpaper display features slideshow.
Video Player
Users can access via the menu video gallery. Display interface video player looks interesting. There are volume and brightness settings in the top right corner when the video is playing. HTC music player Ones appearance is similar to the display on the HTC One V and One x. features they possess pretty good, some of the most notable features is the intregasi with SoundHound, TuneIn Radio, and 7digital. SPlayer is a really fast and smart media player for any format. Starting from 3GP to MKV, SPlayer is my first choice. It can play any video or audio file. Its start up time is super fast. And the control is very easy. You can operate this better than any other media player.
My visitors often ask me for a good media player. They ask which one is best, or which is capable of running with minimum configuration. And my answer is always same - SPlayer!

Its really easy to operate. There is no confusing control.
- To play a video, Run SPlayer > then click on Open File > Locate and select your desired file.
- You can also play a video by directly clicking on it. But if that file format is not selected by SPlayer by default, then you must right click on file and choose SPlayer as default media player for that format.
- You have two bars in the screen. One is at the top which allows you to control screen size, brightness & contrast etc. And the other is at the bottom which allows you to play/ pause, open files, show play list, control volume etc. You can get these bars simply by moving your mouse pointer.
- You can download subtitle by right click on the player. Right click on it > Choose Subtitle > Select your subtitle if any > If not available then choose Smart Subtitle Matching > Select Smart Subtitle Finder > Subtitles will be downloaded automatically if available.
Mouse & Keyboard Controls
- Press Enter to play Full Screen or Exit Full Screen (You can also use double click for this purpose)
- Press Space to play or pause the song/ movie. Or simply click by mouse.
- Press Ctrl+T to keep the player on top. Press again to exit on top mode.
- Press Up/Down Arrow to increase or decrease volume. You can also use Mouse Scroll Button to control the volume.
- Press Left/Right Arrow to move forward or backward. But if you need to move more, then use Ctrl + Left Arrow/ Right Arrow. You can also use the progress bar and use your mouse to navigate.
- Press C to adjust the video size.
These are the basic controls for SPlayer. And you can find more just by right click on the player and then get the shortcuts with each option. Such as -
- Open File - Ctrl+Q
- Play video from URL - Ctrl + U
- Capture Image - Alt + I
- Capture Snapshot - Ctrl + C
There are many other shortcuts. But these are not essential for a basic user. Im not gonna discourage you to explore more from SPlayer. Hope you will enjoy this player.
