Just a few days ago, I shared an amazing tool with you (KMS Pico 8.9). Those of you have already read that post, should know about the effectiveness of this activator. But many of you dont that, KMS Pico can activate Windows 8.1 Preview too. Thats why Im gonna write about it again.
Start installing Windows 8.1 Preview normally. When youre required to enter the Product Key, use the following:

Ive successfully used the above key with Windows 8.1 Pro Preview. And I think Pro version is better than other versions.

Finish the Windows installation properly. Now download the activator from the above link. This is a zipped file and its less than 3 MB. After finishing the download, unzip the file and run Office & Windows.exe. Install the program on your system normally. Now follow the procedure below:
After installing the program, you will get the icon of KMSpico on your start menu. Open it. (You should be connected to the Net)
Wait for a few moments. You will see a red button like image below. Hit on the Red Button.
Wait and see. Hopefully you will get your system activated.
Press Start + Pause, and check the activation status.
Also look at the last Blue i Button. If you press this button, you will get your system status immediately.
